We select 24 herbs with digestive properties from our plants, such as Centaurea minor (family Gentianaceae) which is similar to the better known Gentian and is traditionally used to produce elixirs and bitters
The preparation requires about eight months to make, so that the optimum balsamic essence of each of the 24 plants is extracted. It has a unique bitter taste, balanced and pleasing
Obtained by macerating the flowers of Lippiacitriodora (Cedrina) in alcohol.
This plant, native to Chile, was introduced to Europe in the late 1700s. It has an intense aroma with a flavour reminiscent of lemon, and has aromatic and digestive properties.
