Rose syrup 200 ml

Infusion of petals from Rosa gallica officinalis.

This is an old rose variety known from the thirteenth century for its fresh and intense scent. The syrup, diluted in water, is used for its soothing properties taken best as a refreshing and re-mineralising drink.

It is used in cakes, ice cream, fruit salads and teas.
